Purchased a New laptop from Lenovo on 24-10-2016. from the day one it is not getting charged and its a manufcturing default and Product is not good to use. I have been sending mail to Lenovo on there site but not required information is been shared by them. I was told that an Engineer will come but stil now no one has called me regarding the status if the issue. I am in a Complete loss because of this and been suffering from the first day itself. I bough the product from my hardest money
