I had purchased the Sony LED Tv in October 2016 and was offered 1 year dealer warranty. I lodged complaint in August 2017 stating that the TV has stopped working. They asked me to get it repaired locally and shall reimburse the repair cost. I checked with local Sony Authorized Centre but they informed me that the said part which has malfunctioned is not available. Conveyed the same to customer support team on 13th September 2017 but they have stopped replying to my emails and all calls to customer care team has yielded no results.
