These Terms & Privacy Policies govern your access to use our websites, emails and mobile applications (FILE A COMPLAINT).

2. Your FILE A COMPLAINT Account
In order for you to create a FILE A COMPLAINT account (Consumer (poster)/Resolver/Company), we require that you provide a valid email address and set up a password. The email you use must be one where we can reach you. In the event we cannot correspond with you via this email address, your submitted content may be rejected and your account may be disabled. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for the use of your account. Passwords are subject to cancellation or suspension by FILE A COMPLAINT at any time.
3. Using FILE A COMPLAINT
A. Third-Party Content on FILE A COMPLAINT:
Content from company and posters is made available to you through FILE A COMPLAINT. ("Content") means any work of authorship or information, including review of any companies or any products which was purchased in any shop/e-commerce site or any complaints regarding that and their percentage of voting made by the user, feedbacks etc..on FILE A COMPLAINT. We allow users to post content for companies after they have used that product and have concerns and feedback to be raised.
B. House Rules:
You represent and warrant that you will use FILE A COMPLAINT solely for lawful purposes in a manner consistent with these Terms and any and all applicable laws, regulations, or other legally enforceable obligations (including contractual obligations) you may have towards us and any third parties. You are solely responsible for any and all Content that is posted through your account on FILE A COMPLAINT ("Your Content"). You agree that by submitting Your Content to FILE A COMPLAINT, You understand that you may expose yourself to liability if Your Content or other use of FILE A COMPLAINT violates applicable law or any third-party right.
You agree that you will not:
Using another person’s mail to mislead anyone/company or their products
Creating user account which is false or fraudulent pretenses or creating an account for others by yourself or creating multiple user accounts for posting review of a same company.
Posting content that is damaging someone, libel that you know that is not true or not honest.
Violating terms and conditions prescribed by us or not following laws which governed by us.
Promoting, without public approval or doing any illegal activities.
Disclosing any information and violation of any legally enforceable confidentiality, and doing contractual restrictions of any companies and resolvers.
Violating the publicity, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third-party or companies or resolvers;
Post anything pornographic or sexually explicit in nature, or engage in the exploitation of persons in a sexual or violent manner;
Solicit personally identifying information from minors;
Except as expressly approved by us, use FILE A COMPLAINT for commercial activities and/or promotions such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, pyramid schemes, advertising, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation;
Imply a FILE A COMPLAINT endorsement or partnership of any kind without our express written permission;
Send messages in violation of the USA CAN-SPAM Act or any other applicable anti-spam law;
Introduce software or automated agents to FILE A COMPLAINT, or access FILE A COMPLAIN so as to produce multiple accounts, generate automated messages, or to scrape, strip or mine data from FILE A COMPLAINT without our express written permission;

C. Applying on FILE A COMPLAINT:

We provide this service by working directly with a Company or by searching the Internet for the best contact information we can find for a company or a best resolver for your complaints. When you click the "Submit" button to apply a complaint on FILE A COMPLAINT, Your complaint will be posted in our website and either the company will directly contact you on seeing their complaints or a third party resolver may see your complaint on our website and contact you to resolve the complaint by directly coordinating you with any legal agreement or paying an amount for the resolve of the complaint.
While we endeavor to make this service the best it can be, company’s websites are not controlled by FILE A COMPLAINT, and we cannot guarantee that your application will be properly received and logged by the third-party company’s website upon transmission.

FILE A COMPLAINT may contain links to third-party websites placed by us as a service to those interested in this information, or posted by other users. Your use of all such links to third-party websites is at your own risk. We do not monitor or have any control over, and make no claim or representation regarding third-party websites. To the extent such links are provided by us, they are provided only as a convenience, and a link to a third-party website does not imply our endorsement, adoption or sponsorship of, or affiliation with, such third-party website. When you leave FILE A COMPLAINT, our terms and policies do not govern your use of third-party websites.
4. Enforcement by FILE A COMPLAINT
A. Removal of Content:
While FILE A COMPLAINT has no obligation to do so, FILE A COMPLAINT reserves the right to review and delete (or modify) any Content that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or other applicable policies posted on FILE A COMPLAINT or that we deem, in our sole discretion, inappropriate. 5. Rights to Your and FILE A COMPLAINT Content:
